- For Freshmen Students
- Form 138 (High School Progress Card)
- Birth Certificate (photocopy) issued by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
- 2 pcs of 2×2 and 3pcs. of 1×1 of the latest colored picture (White background)
- Form 137/FS 10 (student permanent record)
- School Clearance from the previous school.
- For Returning Students
- Registration Card (if available)
- Latest ID photo
- For Transferee Students
- Certificate of Grades (if TOR is not yet available)
- Transcript of Records (to follow)
- Honorable Dismissal
- 2 pcs of 2×2 and 4 pcs. of 1×1 of the latest color picture (White background)

Application Process (College)
- Fill out the college entrance assessment form from the official GLC page click here.
- The Office of Student Affairs shall email and text you for the entrance assessment schedules at least 3 days before the assessment.
- You will be assessed by the Student Affairs Officer either one by one or chunked into groups, depending on the number of applicants, and shall undergo an interview with written and oral assessments.
- You will take the entrance assessment and interview with the SAO (Student Affairs Officer).
- You will receive the results of the entrance assessment and interview within the day up to 3 working days after their exam date.
- Upon passing the entrance interview, you will be guided to a scholarship interview upon Admin request; you will fill out the scholarship form to be submitted before the date of the scholarship interview.
- You, together with your parents or guardians, shall be set for an online scholarship interview with the Scholarship Coordinator in the presence of the Student Affairs Officer.
- When the scholarship is confirmed, then you will be endorsed to the registrar for enrollment.
- You may visit the Registrar’s Office to submit the requirements for enrollment on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
- The registrar will issue your Registration Form with the schedule of classes.
SUMMER CLASS
The focus of these classes is on language skills and personality development. Summer classes last three to four weeks. It culminates in a two-day program where all the students deliver their speeches in front of their parents, family members, and guests.

Scholarship
Scholarships are available to deserving students. Students who have been admitted to the college after passing the entrance examination and interview may apply for any of the following scholarships:
CRITERIA: General criteria and guidelines for granting or renewing scholarships:
- Motivation of students to complete his/her study.
- Academic preparedness.
- Family financial circumstances
- Evaluation of the wholesome character of the student.
- Service-oriented – ready and willing to serve others.
- Actively participating in clubs and school activities.
- Must pass the interview of the scholarship panel.
